Fam Budget stores all your financial data locally on your phone:

This data never leaves your device unless you enable cloud backup.
Google Sign-In (Optional)
If you choose to sign in with Google for cloud backup, we access:
- Email address - To identify your account
- Name - To personalize your experience
Why? This allows you to back up your data to the cloud and restore it if you change phones. You can use Fam Budget without signing in - sign-in is only needed for cloud backup.
Cloud Backup (Optional)
When you enable cloud backup:
- Your financial data is encrypted and stored securely
- Only you can access your data
- You can delete your cloud data at any time
